VERY IMPORTANT INFO – This home is located in an area with very limited parking. For both preview and pick up we will be required to schedule times. If you have a certain time you are available please let us know as soon as possible and we will work you in the schedule. We are extending both Preview and Pick Up times for this sale.
We will have a sale preview on Saturday Jan. 4th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you wish to attend the preview please email us at email@example.com or call (757) 291-9546 for the exact address. The home is located within 3 miles of the intersection of Hampton Hwy. (Rt. 134) & Semple Farm Rd.
Pick-up is Saturday, Jan. 11th between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. When the auction ends auction winners will receive an invoice with pick-up information from C.T. including the address and time of pick-up.
Buyer must pay for auctioned property before pick-up. Buyers who have not paid for property by pick-up time forfeit any claim to the property and the forfeited property may be sold to another Buyer. Exceptions will be made only if the Buyer has received approval from C.T.
Buyers unable to pick up on the date scheduled may be charged a $25.00 handling and $1 a day storage fee for property transported from its original location. Please check with C.T. prior to bidding if you have any questions.
Please bring enough help to pack (and packing materials), lift, carry, and load your purchases; and use a vehicle with appropriate space to hold your items.
Requirements for Payment & Pick-Up
Please read all of the following:
You must pay for auctioned property before pick-up. Payment may be made using: (a) PayPal (b) VISA, MASTER CARD, or DISCOVER credit or debit card; or (c) Cash at pick-up (customers must contact C.T. to request this option before 9 p.m. Tuesday). If you are not using PayPal contact C.T. by phone (757-291-9546) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before Friday at 12 p.m. to arrange for your payment. If you can’t pay prior to pick-up you MUST CONTACT US at least the day before pick-up day to arrange acceptable payment options.

C.T. will send an invoice to auction winners by 5 p.m. Wednesday. All items will be picked up by appointment after the auction ends. The invoice will provide the Buyer with the purchase amount, the exact address for picking up your purchase, and the hours of pick-up. If you require a special date or time frame please contact C.T. via telephone as soon as you are aware of your need.
If you have not made the payment by the time of pick-up, and you fail to show for the scheduled pick-up, you forfeit any claim to the property. Forfeited property may be sold to another buyer. Exceptions to this rule will be made only if the Customer has contacted C.T. at least 2 days before pick-up day via telephone (not email) to inform C.T. that the Customer is not able to come for the scheduled pick-up, AND if the Customer makes arrangements for payment that are approved by C.T.
Property that has been paid for yet has not been picked-up by the end of the pick-up day will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund. Exceptions to this rule will be made only if the Customer has contacted C.T. via telephone before the end of pick-up day to inform C.T. that the Customer cannot come for the scheduled pick-up.
Customers failing to pick-up their items on the scheduled day of pick-up may be charged a $25.00 handling fee and $1.00 per day storage fee for property transported from its original location to our storage location. Paid-for property transported to storage by C.T. will be forfeited and subject to being resold if not picked up within 7 days.
C.T. will not hold property longer than 7 days past pick-up date.
Tax: A 6% VA State Sales Tax applies. Yes, VA sales tax is 5.3%. The additional .7% covers local sales taxes applicable in some areas we work. If you are buying for a business and are tax exempt please email, fax or deliver to C.T. a completed ST-10 Form for our files if we do not already have one.
Buyer’s Premium: 15%
We will be happy to ship anything. Call (757) 291-9546 as soon as you are aware you will need shipping. We will require a credit card for shipping.
We will not take time to measure and weigh items for estimates. Your cost will be the cost of the box, packing material, whatever the USPS charges plus the cost to pay an employee to do the job. That can only be determined by the amount of items we pack for you. Please call or email with questions.
Buyer is offered the opportunity to purchase USPS insurance for shipping their purchase. Please let us know before we provide your shipping estimate that you would like insurance. CT can not and will not guarantee how carefully the USPS handles their shipment. We will do our best packing your shipment. If it still arrives with breakage you may then collect the insurance if you chose to purchase it.
